Refund and Returns Policy

Our Shipping Policy

Delivery Time (India): 3 (min)–5 (max) business days

  1. Return & exchange policy is only applicable only for the defective / damaged products 
  2. The return request should be intimated to us within 24 hours of delivery of the product. The request to be made to [email protected]
  3. The return of the product to us should be made within 3 days from the date of delivery, failing will not be eligible for a return. 
  4. To eligible for a return, a continuous unboxing video is a must, this should be shared to [email protected] 
  5. Products should be returned in its original conditions, like original package,, price tags etc otherwise it will not be eligible for return. 
  6. Upon receiving the unboxing video, our support team will check and if approved, it will send response within 2 working days to the customer to return the package. 
  7. Once the product is couriered back to us and our team will inspect whether the same has reached us in the exact same condition as we have shipped it to you. Wrinkled, used, once wornwrongly folded or soiled products will not qualify for a exchange. 
  8. Products including Sarees and Dhotis if worn once or even tried on once do not qualify for a return. 
  9. All items should be returned to us with the tags and printed documents that accompany your purchase
  10. Replacement for the products if available will be shipped to the customer in case it is in stock. 
  11. A cash refund will be issued only if an exact same product replacement is not possible due to unavailability of stock.
  12. The refunds turnaround time for our products, that is the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account, in case a refund is accepted will be between 8 to 15 days
